100 NEW JOBS SET FOR EXPANDING COLLECTION AGENCY IN FORT ERIE

FORT ERIE, Ontario, Canada, January 19, 2003 – Creditors Interchange, one of the top 25 collection agencies in the United States, has announced that the Company will commence hiring up to 100 additional employees for its Fort Erie branch.

“In the last three years, Creditors Interchange has grown significantly,” explained Bruce Gray, COO. “We met with the Fort Erie Economic Development & Tourism Corporation in March and we started with 22 employees. In seven months, we’ve grown to 60 and now need an additional 100 employees. We expect to keep this rate of growth up until our short-term recruitment goal of 240 associates is met”.

The Company recruits associates from throughout the Niagara Region and will begin hiring in the next two weeks. “Through our forty plus years of doing business,” stated Mr. Gray, “we have developed training and compensation programs that invest in our people. This enables them to forge a career in this industry rather than just a job. Our experience has taught us that if an individual is willing to learn, they can make a very attractive living. Our pay and lucrative bonus structure is well above the industry average. Most people would be very surprised at our employee qualify of life”.

According to Assistant Vice President of Collections, John Farinacci, the Company is extremely pleased with their Fort Erie operations. “Most of our staff,” he stated, “are from the immediate Fort Erie area but for this expansion we will be looking to recruit staff from across the Niagara Region. Our initial focus will be on experienced individuals while hiring and training other candidates as needs dictate.”

Creditors Interchange is a privately-held corporation that has been in operation since 1960. During its forty year history, they have provided professional collection/recovery services and solutions to the Auto Financial, Banking, Education, Medical, Retail and Utility Industries. The Fort Erie expansion is due, in large part, to growth in their banking collection services and comes on the heels of Creditors having invested nearly a million dollars in its data and telephony technology infrastructure.
